Onboarding Specialist Job Description

Part-time. Sydney/Remote

Red Arc is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist. This person will ensure our customers have an incredible experience when they purchase a Red Arc product. 

The ideal candidate is passionate about helping customers, combined with excellent technical and problem-solving skills. As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will work with new customers from the moment they come on board, from welcoming them to the Red Arc family, liaising with the marketing/sales team and development team through a defined process, whilst being able to problem solve independently, to ensure the customer gets the most from their product and loves their experience of partnering with Red Arc. 

As well as being a frontline brand ambassador, you will have excellent project management skills to ensure onboarding is completed in a timely and ordered fashion. And the technical expertise to actually perform implementations. Your role is to also educate new customers, help solve technical problems, and ensure smooth adoption of our products and services.

Role and Responsibilities

    • Become a Red Arc product expert
    • Project management of multiple onboarding projects

    • Clearly communicate with customers to discuss their requirements and expectations.

    • Perform customer implementations to setup the product to their specific requirements

    • Ensure customers receive superior service

    • Collaborate with the sales, finance, development teams

    • Establish strong relationships with new customer stakeholders and deepen relationships with existing customer stakeholders

    • Provide product walkthroughs and assist new customers with setup for our self-serve products

    • Uphold and represent Red Arc’s core values.

Position Requirements

Technical skills

    • CRM administration experience, or skill set to learn.  Blackbaud NXT experience preferred

    • Configuration of products 

    • Database knowledge

    • Ability to apply product features to customer requirements

    • Ability to recommend other Red Arc products aligned to customers needs/wants

    • Experience in performing customer demos 

Skillset 

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

    • Project Management

    • Extreme attention to detail

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

    • Must be highly motivated and have a positive attitude
