Using Campaign Monitor as our Email Marketing Software, we needed something to bridge the gap between RE and CM – the Email Marketing Connector does just that, fully automating all data processes between the two platforms seamlessly!

The team are incredibly helpful, from onboarding to support, replies are speedy, friendly, and help with any questions we may have.

EMC is part of our strategy to increase automation, as well as making our many systems “talk” to each other. We no longer have to import email addresses and last gift information (C,A,F, amount, etc.) into our marketing software (Active Campaign) manually; same with unsuscribe requests. And MG Officer can easily review email activity for a prospect.

Other than that, very smooth sailing. Once it is setup, as another reviewer mentioned, it is easy to forget.

We started using the EMC some time ago. It has been invaluable syncing between platforms. The way you can see the full email activity for individuals is so useful and being able to regular updates to things like donation amounts and dates means we can do much better targeting and ask amounts.

I set this up with Mail Chimp in my last role and it really proved its worth when a staff member left and our automated journeys for new donors continued seamlessly, with new donors being automatically added each week. Based on my last experience this was one of the top priorities for my new role and I am now setting it up with Campaign Monitor. With an even bigger emailing list, we are looking forward to the time saved exporting and importing donor activity. The combination of automatically synced data with automated donor journeys provides many new possibilities for engaging with donors. The team at Red Arc are always helpful, responsive and really easy to work with.
